Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, Majestic Bargains is an online-only store. This allows us to keep prices affordable and accessible to everyone, everywhere.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:
1) Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
2) Instant EFT to our Account (WhatsApp us on 065 841 3221 for assistance)
Is it safe to enter my card details during the payment process?
•Yes, we use Yoco, which is safe & secure for payments.
They go to great lengths to keep your details & all sensitive information secure. Should you experience any issues, please feel free to contact support@yoco.com, or contact us on 0658413221.
We will gladly accommodate you & send you our banking details so you may do an instant EFT instead.
How long does shipping take?
•Once you place an order, it takes up to 3-7 business days to be shipped. (Please note: Our couriers does not operate over weekends)
How long does collections take place?
•Once your order has been placed, it takes between 2-4 business days, however We would contact you should it be ready sooner.
Can I track my order?
•Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package.
What should I do when i receive a broken item in my order?
•Snap a photo of the broken item and forward it to us via WhatsApp on 065 841 3221 or via email (majesticbargainscpt1@gmail.com)
What if I received an incorrect item in my order?
•We are truly so sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order on WhatsApp & we’ll make it right for you.
What is your return policy?
•We accept returns within 24 hours after delivery.
•Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Scarves, jewelry, beauty, skincare, and some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
